To solve this, today we’re sharing Views, where you can:

• Customize any Transactions tab with your preferred columns, entities and filters
• Save and toggle between an unlimited number of Views for different workflows (month-end close, tax prep, personal to business)
• Open multiple browser windows with different entities/clients

We’ve also started to expose keyboard shortcuts on the Transactions tab to help you rip through changes even faster.

Try a few of our favorites below:

• Enter → select a single transaction
• ↑ / ↓ → move through transactions
• Shift + ↑ / ↓ → select in bulk
  • c → change Category
  • v → change Vendor or Customer
  • g → change General Ledger
  • e → change Entity
  • n → add Note
  • l → change Class
• → / ← → open or close Transaction Details

Views are available on all plans, including Free. Head to Transactions and click the Views icon to start customizing.
